28th April 2008

Good win on Sunday against Southmere, nice to finish the season with a win. We ended up fourth in the league this season which I think is a great effort. Each and every player have played realy well this year and contributed to a great season. I want to thank all the players for their efforts and hard work this season, I am very proud of you all. Terry

30th March 2008

Another good performance from the team this week.
We got caught out early for their penalty but showed good character to come back for a comfortable win. Danson boys have improved since we beat them 10- 0 earlier in the season so credit to their boys for making it a good game. Two games left now so keep up the good work and finish the season on a high. Terry

16th March 2008

What a fantastic performance against VCD on Sunday. The whole team played on top of their game this week and VCD played well to which made for a great game for all to see. The comments I received from everyone who saw the game including people not associated with our team were very complimentary. You defended and attacked as a team and passed the ball to each other very well. I am very proud of all of you well done Terry

2nd March 2008

Well done to everyone in the team on Sunday. That was a very good performance this week. The yellows always give us a tough game but you responded well to last weeks defeat and played your football with a smile on your face again. Great second goal as well two good passes a cross and the volleyed finish from Chloe good football all round. Terry

10th February 2008

Brilliant performance on Sunday against Eltham. They have been a bit of a bogey side for us in the past so to beat them 5 - 1 in the manner you did was very pleasing. Some of our football even surpassed my expectations and it was great to watch you passing the ball to each other and moving into space like we do in training. So keep it up and finish the season on a high. Well done all….. Terry

5th February 2008

Much much much better performance from the team this week against Darent River White. This was a great game to watch as some of the passing football played by both teams was brilliant. although we lost to a deflection & an own goal late on I thought we more than matched the top of the table team and on chances created probably just shaded it. but if you dont put away the chances this can happen so we must learn from it.but still an excellant effort showed by all so well done........Terry

28th January 2008

Very disappointing result on Sunday against Blackheath. I suppose we are all entitled to an off day once in a while, but the effort shown was poor and our football went to pot which has not happened this season and is very unusual for us. So I will put it down to an off day and hope to see a big improvement next week and get what is already a good season back on track. Terry

22nd January 2008

Bit of a strange game against Darent River Whites on Sunday. Although I thought we played quite well in the first half and created a number of chances we some how ended up 4-0 down at half time. Hats off to Darent river who attacked very well and punished our mistakes which is why they are top. Still we cut out the mistakes second half and continued to make chances finally scoring late on so well done for fighting to the end, but damage was done in the first half. At least we did play well and matched the top team for large parts of the game so it shows we are getting better all the time and are still having a great season. Keep it up team I am proud of you all. Terry

16th January 2008

Another fine performance on Sunday against Darent River Black. Some of the passing football we played was a joy to watch. The training is really starting to pay off now as we are finishing teams off when we are on top. A clean sheet was also very pleasing. Big game on Sunday coming up so keep doing the things we are doing and keep the pressure on the two teams above us. Well done all. Terry

7th January 2008

Good start to the new year with a good performance on Sunday against Beckenham. A competitive match played on a very small tricky pitch so to come away with the points was very pleasing so well done to all in the team. Keep it up. Terry.

11th November 2007

Great performance against Southmere on Sunday. We were ahead at half time thanks to a stunning free kick from Jordan which flew in the top corner from 25 yards. Second half we started playing some excellent football. Finn ran the show from midfield with powerful running and he, Olli and Jack produced some defence splitting passes. The third goal was a joy to watch, Chloe picked up the ball on halfway and slipped a pass to Finn, she continued her run into the box as Finn found Liam who then passed to Chloe to volley home a well deserved strike from close range. Sam, Joseph and Alfie ran their socks off to ensure victory would be ours. Well done to Liam, he kept his head up and battled away and was rewarded in the end as Jack slipped him in for his goal well done to Sean also for a couple of fine saves in the first half to ensure his first clean sheet this season.
So well done everyone keep up the good work still unbeaten in the league the season is starting to look very promising.

2nd October 2007

Good game on Sunday against the Yellows. They always seem to give us a tough game although I think we were pretty comfortable for most of the game. Well done to Sam scoring his first goal for the team in a man of the match performance.
Again we showed our class from the penalty spot with 3 class penaltys from Chloe ( does she ever miss ) Olli & Jordan, also hats off to Sean who I know was in pain from an injured knee but still pulled off 2 great penalty saves to see us through to the next round. Well done all lets hope that is the start of a good cup run

First Game of the Season - 16th September 2007

First game of the new season and already a dodgy refs decision on an away ground but i wont dwell on it. We put in a very good footballing performance with plenty of good passing moves and a superb hat trick from Liam. Finn, Jordan & Olli completely bossed the midfield as we dominated possession. We also hit the bar & the post twice. Joseph, Alfie & Chloe coped easily at the back and reduced them to long shots of which one unstoppable one flew in to get them in the game. Well done to Jack & Sam who are now finding thier feet, a bit more coaching and a few more games I am fully confident they will both be valuable players for us this season. Sean had nothing to do really but I like the way he is now looking to play from the back through the defence it shows he is thinking about the game and is great to watch.

So well done to all, keep playing like that and a good season lies ahead.

Hayden Tournament - 17th July 2007

Congratulations to the yellows in the tounament on Saturday. The effort and team spirit shown by them was a joy to watch and to lose the final (the best final I watched all day) on penalties was heartbreaking, but a great performance all the same. Well done. As for us I was really pleased with the way we played, scoring some great goals (which is what we have been lacking of late) but undone by some rare defensive errors. All in all everything looks good for the coming season for both teams.

Promotion - 12th July 2007

We have been confirmed as promoted to the B league for next season. As soon as I have the table of opponents I will let you know. we are also entered in the Bexley and London cups this year so a tough season lies ahead for us all. I am optomistic that you can rise to the challenge and thoroughly enjoy a good season again,
